FidNos Corporation provides professional digital and IT services, including but not limited to website and web application development, software development, hosting and domain services, pharmaceutical and food industry software solutions, training and evaluation services, and reliable IT support services. Due to the nature of these services, the following refund policy applies.


1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to FidNos Corporation are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Once work has commenced, resources have been allocated, or services have been delivered (partially or fully), no refunds shall be issued.


2. Hosting & Domain Services

  • Domain registrations are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

  • Hosting services are billed in advance and are non-refundable after activation.

  • FidNos Corporation is not responsible for refund policies of third-party domain registrars or hosting providers.


3. Website, Web Application & Software Development

This includes:

  • Websites

  • Web applications

  • Custom software

  • Pharmaceutical software

  • Food industry software

Policy:

  • All development, setup, design, and customization fees are non-refundable.

  • Payments cover time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation.

  • No refunds will be provided for completed, partially completed, or milestone-based work.


4. Subscription & Managed Services

For services billed on a monthly or recurring basis (e.g., managed websites, maintenance, marketing, IT support):

  • All subscriptions are billed in advance.

  • Clients may cancel at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing only.

  • No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing cycles.

  • Services will continue until the end of the paid period.


5. Training, Evaluation & Consulting Services

  • Training sessions, evaluations, audits, and consulting services are non-refundable once scheduled, delivered, or partially delivered.

  • Missed sessions or unused services do not qualify for refunds.


6. IT Support Services

  • IT support services are billed based on subscription, retainer, or agreed scope.

  • Fees paid for IT support are non-refundable, regardless of usage level.

  • Emergency or priority support fees are also non-refundable.


7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate or incorrect payment was made, or

  • FidNos Corporation is unable to provide the agreed service due to internal constraints.

Any such refund:

  • Is subject to internal review

  • Is granted solely at the discretion of FidNos Corporation

  • Will be processed using the original payment method only


8. Third-Party Costs

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Domains

  • Hosting

  • Licenses

  • Plugins

  • Software tools

  • Advertising spend (Facebook, Google, etc.)

These costs are governed by third-party providers and are non-refundable under all circumstances.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are required to contact FidNos Corporation before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.


10. Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment to FidNos Corporation, the client confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy and agrees to all terms stated herein.
